JR Hotels Gate 7 Bologna

Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of different types of food. The room was quiet big even though it was a quadruple room and we had enough room to open our luggage. Beds were also very comfortable. Very close to the airport so that's a definite bonus. Restaurant available at the hotel for dinner and it was very good also.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and polite! We actually had an amazing time because of them. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the Italian waiter Claudio is the most kind and warm person we've ever met. He really made our trip awesome. Grazie ragazzi for everything! The front desk associate was very friendly and welcoming to my friends and me. He also made sure that we were on the same floor next to each other. They made sure we ate breakfast and open the breakfast room early for us, because we had an early flight. We were so grateful to them for doing that. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the balcony while staying there.

The staff at reception were friendly & helpful including with taxis & check in during the night, the room was spacious & the bathroom good. Would stay again if needed to be by the airport.

Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and eager to provide information on area restaurants. Parking was plentiful. Loved the breakfast selection.
